6. How to Enable Multiple Godowns in Tally Prime
Before using warehouse-wise inventory management, you must enable the Multiple Godowns feature in Tally Prime.
Steps
Open Tally Prime.
Press F11 (Features).
Select Inventory Features.
Enable Maintain Multiple Godowns.
Press Ctrl + A to Save.
Once enabled, you can create multiple Godowns and maintain stock separately for each location.
7. Creating and Managing Godowns
Godowns can be created according to your business locations, warehouses or departments.

Go to Gateway of Tally โ Create.
Select Godown.
Enter the Godown Name.
Select the Parent Godown (Under).
Enter the Address (Optional).

Select the Source Godown.
Select the Destination Godown.

Stock quantity decreases in the Source Godown and increases in the Destination Godown without affecting the total company stock.
