  1. Open Tally Prime.
  2. Go to Company โ†’ Restore.
  3. Select the backup folder.
  4. Choose the destination folder.
  5. Select the company.
  6. Press Enter.
  7. Open the restored company.
Restore should always be done from a valid backup folder created by Tally Prime.
