Excel Ribbon

The Ribbon is the top area of Microsoft Excel that contains tabs and commands. It helps users access tools quickly and work in an organized way.

Ribbon = Tabs + Commands
The Ribbon gives easy access to all important Excel tools.

What is the Ribbon?

The Ribbon is located at the top of Excel. It contains different tabs such as Home, Insert, Page Layout, Formulas, Data, Review, and View. Each tab has related commands grouped together.

The Ribbon Start Button is used to create, save, print, and open files. It helps you manage workbook files easily.

Main Ribbon Tabs
